As most of you may know by now, Circuit City is closing all US operations. That means they must sell off everything that they can as soon as possible. Now, I don't like to see a big company go down, but closing mean sales. I am never one to pass up a good sale on technology. This particular sale is already pretty good with everything at least 10% off. Yes, that includes games and consoles. It might be a good time to go check if they have any consoles left to pick them up on the cheap. Anyway, the only things that aren't 10% off are CDs and DVDs, which are 20% off, and AV furniture, which is 30% off.
The trick with these kinds of deals is that since they need to sell off everything they will eventually make the discounts even better, but as time passes they will have less and less stock. It's a gamble of sorts. You need to pick the right time to pounce on that cheap stuff because it may not be there tomorrow. If you have any Circuit City stores near you I recommend stopping in to see if you can find anything you want. Happy hunting.
